All orders are handled and shipped out from our headquarters in Hong Kong. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Orders placed after 14:00 Monday - Friday (GMT +8) using our express shipping method will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 3 business days. Orders placed with our express shipping will also be processed within 3 business days, delivery times will vary based on your location.
If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at hello@akmonconcept.com to follow up.
All items ship from Hong Kong, for express/international shipping, just input your address and we will provide you with the top 3 best quotes and shipping times available to your destination. Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.
If you live in Hong Kong, we aim to send you your order within 3 business days.
If you live outside of Hong Kong and choose express/international shipping, your order will be prioritized. You will be given 3 options of delivery dates and times when you input your delivery address.
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD, that means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes upon receipt of the item(s) if shipping outside of Hong Kong. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the final destination. These charges are determined by the customs office of the final destination. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us here at Akmon. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
When your order is complete you will receive a shipping confirmation from our shipping partner. This will contain a tracking number which you can use to follow your order.
If you have the intention to return your Akmon mask, please ensure that the original packaging and seal on the Akmon box has not been broken. Owing to the nature of the product, for hygiene reasons Akmon is not liable to refund or exchange any mask that has been removed from its original packaging and protective seal. This is because the mask will not be re-sellable owing to the contamination threat incurred when the seal is broken. However, if the size or colour indicated on the label of the box is different from what you ordered – do not open box and Akmon will offer you the opportunity to exchange the mask for a suitable replacement. If after trying the mask, the product is faulty, Akmon will offer you the opportunity to exchange the mask for a suitable replacement.
